NOTE:  Requests are to be filed by the host school no later than 30 days prior to the date that entries are due for the event. 

Do NOT issue an invitation to schools until the event is approved.  Mail to:  Director/Public Schools Athletic League.

Contest conditions shall include the following:

1.        Each school guarantees membership and good standing in its own state high school association and also guarantees that participation in this event shall not violate any rules of that association or of the National Federation.       

2.        Each participant shall be eligible under rules of his or her home state association.

3.        Awards shall be limited to such as are permitted by the most restrictive state high association from which competitors enter.

4.        No entry shall be accepted for any competitor from any state not included in the list of states (noted above) for which this sanction is granted.
