All basketball coaches should note this year's early registration period for exceptional senior basketball players to be nominated for the 2004 James P. Sullivan Games. The nomination period will be from July 15 to August 1. An additional nomination period will be available in early September, but the Sullivan Games organizing committee would prefer all nominations to be made during the early nomination period.

The games are once again scheduled to be held at Riverbank State Park in September, 2004. As in the past, each coach will have the opportunity to nominate up to three seniors. Two additional selections are available for exceptional 11th grade players. These additional players will be accepted on a space available basis, and preference will be given to senior athletes. No nominations of 9th or 10th graders will be accepted this year.
