Direct Deposit enrollment is now available and encouraged for PSAL officials. Direct Deposit allows for swift processing of payments and access to accurate electronic records. There will no longer be a need to reissue checks, complete tracer forms or go to the bank to deposit checks.

After submitting the on-line application and completing the Direct Deposit application process, you must fax ONE of the following items to Mr. Howard Gross at (212) 361-7063:
a) Copy of voided check, imprinted with your name
b) Copy of encoded (not handwritten) deposit slip, imprinted with your name
c) Copy of bank statement
